Sheldon Cooper - CEO of SuperFast IT:
Sheldon Cooper joined SuperFast IT at the very early stages of his career and has been working at
SuperFast IT ever since. He is originally from France and migrated to Australia in his late 20s. He
started his career at SuperFast IT from a junior level position and have climbed up the ladder of
growth step up step. He was promoted to the position of CEO three years ago and ever since, he has
worked very hard to help SuperFast IT achieve its organizational goals. He has a very close
relationship with all the managers and has a history of overturning the management’s decision in the
past projects. He is personally a workaholic but an ardent supporter of work life balance. He can be
approached anytime in his office and has an open-door policy. He is an ardent supporter of work life
balance and discourages business talks at the social gatherings and on the days off. He has been
enjoying himself in the authority and has been very supportive towards the people working under
his supervision. He values innovation and has a positive attitude towards the new projects. Rajesh Koothrappalli – IT Solutions Manager
Rajesh Koothrappalli is working at SuperFast IT for the last 4 years as IT Solutions Manager and he is
responsible for initiating and approving all the IT related projects undertaken by SuperFast IT. He is a
technology enthusiast and has a very successful profile when it comes to IT solutions and initiatives.
He is a migrant from India and has been living in Australia for over 10 years now. He has a pleasant
and easy-going personality and has a very good working relationship with the managers and the
CEO. He is very friendly towards his subordinates and likes going around out of his office to see how
everyone in the company is doing. He likes to engage in new projects and takes personal interest in
the ongoing projects. He encourages innovation and has a very positive attitude towards any project
undertaken at SuperFast IT. Min Gurung – Team Lead Software Solutions:
Min is working as Team Lead for Software Solutions at SuperFast IT and has been working here for
the past three years. He understands the processes and procedures of SuperFast IT very well and has
a very good rapport with the clients. He is a young and enthusiastic professional with background in
IT and is very clear about how to deal with the clients and fulfil their business needs. He has actually
been working closely with the IT solutions manager of the organization. He initiated the concept to
use of IT platforms to manage the projects throughout their lifecycle and now the company is using a
number of IT tools to minimize the paper usage and carbon footprint. He is considered very close to
the solutions manager and his input is valued when it comes to the decision making. He has a
pleasant personality with positive attitude towards the new projects.
Mark Jones - Web Developer:
Mark Jones is the web developer working at SuperFast IT in the Software Services Team. Mark Jones
has an extensive experience of web development. He has great work ethics and has been a
motivation for many in the industry. He has joined SuperFast IT quite recently and has been working
to improve the website for SuperFast IT. Mark has expertise in the novel technologies, however, the
website of SuperFast IT was developed using the older technologies. Now, he is working to update
the website phase by phase and has run two successful phases of the upgrade already. Due to his
success in the past two phases, the IT Solutions Manager is very much inclined to include him in the
decision making. He is very easy to approach and has an open-door policy. He has a good positive
repute when it comes to involvement in the new projects.

Jeff Whitton – Business Analyst:
Jeff Whitton is a Business Analyst working in the business analysis team at SuperFast IT for the past 6
years. The business analysis team reports directly to the IT Solutions Manager Rajesh. Jeff has
extensive business analysis experience for the web development projects and has been a part of
many successful projects. He has a very easy-going personality and gets along very well with the
team in a cooperative way. He likes to keep his knowledge up to date and keeps on taking different
courses and professional development activities to actively keep improving his skillset. The higher
management likes his approach of doing things and he has a good working relationship with the
management. He is always open to discuss ideas and likes getting involved in multiple projects. Brett Newland – Team Lead Network Solutions
Brett Newland has recently joined SuperFast IT as the Team Lead for Network Solutions. He was
working as a Network Engineer before and has an experience of over 3 years in the field. He is
passionate about Cyber Security and always stresses over the awareness about and development of
cyber security policies. He is a qualified Cyber Security expert and is brought in SuperFast IT with a
growing importance of cyber security in today’s world. The management is impressed with his
knowledge and skills and has assigned him a couple of projects to prove his worth. It will take him
same time to build his rapport, however, generally he is a pleasant person with a very friendly
nature.
Dorian Willis – IT and Communications Manager
Dorian Willis has been working as the IT and Communications Manager at DMC for the past 4 years
and has been actively involved in maintenance of IT Infrastructure for DMC. He has a solid IT
background and when it comes to the decision making related to the IT infrastructure at DMC,
consider him the ultimate authority. He has a very good rapport with the COO and CEO and his
opinion is very well taken by the management. He is a staunch supporter of novel technologies and
likes to undertake innovative IT initiatives at DMC. He keeps himself busy with new initiatives all the
time and likes to be involved in multiple projects at the same time. Luisa Brook – COO
Luisa is working as COO at DMC for the past 3 years and has been a great influence ever since she
has taken this office. She is an authoritarian and likes to keep everything under control. She has a
business background and does not have a deep understanding of IT but likes to be kept informed
about whatever is happening in the IT and Communications department. She has a close working
relationship with Dorian and they both go very well with each other. She has a history of overturning
decisions taken by the managers and can be really hard to deal with if things go wrong. She is loyal
to DMC as an organisation and not the individuals and takes decisions which are best for the
organisation. She can be easy to approach in the office and needs some convincing before approving
the projects. So, if you have to get something approved from her, you need to have a strong
business case.
Erica Romaguera – CEO
Erica is the CEO of DMC and was brought in recently to deal with some managerial issues in the
organisation. She has a very positive and pleasant personality and likes to work in a cooperative way.
She gives the employees the ownership and respect they deserve to make them feel that they
belong here. She is more of a leader than a boss and wants to keep the team gelled together for the
best interest of the organisation. She is very well aware of the projects going on in DMC and likes to

take interest in the progress of these projects. She has built a good working relationship with the
departmental managers in a very short time and likes to take their input in the policy decisions. She
is liked by all the employees of the organisation and has a positive attitude towards the organisation
growth.
