What are the 4 Organizational Frames and how do they shape organizations? Provide specific examples for each frame. (Michael McHugh) 1. Structural - The structural frame emphasizes hierarchy, control, goals, efficiency, and top-down decision-making. An organization working mostly in the structural frame would focus primarily on a set organizational structure where reporting lines are strict, and everyone does one specific set of tasks they know how to do. 2. They may have to create symbols to get everyone to buy into their vision for where they want the company to go, or they may simply spend more time interacting with their employees, hoping to form positive relationships. If the head of a department feels as though they do not have the resources, they need to be successful, they may use aspects of the political
