However, we are experiencing delays in getting this document from the Customers Support and Database Administration Units. Their reason being that they have a heavy workload at this period, and they would need some extra days to compile their individual department’s needs assessment for the BI software. To mitigate this, I have written a formal letter to their Heads of Department and copied the Chief Information Officer, advising that people resources be assigned to these units on a short duration, dedicated to compiling the Unit needs. I expect a feedback and resolution by end of this present week. Any extra cost to ensure this is done would be captured in the next status report. Metrics Metrics currently measured for this month ending are the Cost and Time estimates in relation to the Project milestones.
