Part D – Action feedback and finalize documents
You have drafted the below letter and sent it to your manager for approval. Your manager likes the
letter. However, the letter has some spelling and punctuation errors. Your manager has asked you to
correct the spelling and punctuation errors and put the letter on the Bounce Fitness Letterhead
Template making sure that it aligns with the corporate style guide.
Dear Sir/Madam,
The cairns branch of Bounce Fitness has expanded in recent years. For several months, the branch has
been operating at full capacity, and there is now a substantial waiting list of clients.
Bounce Fitness is the only fitness centre here in the area. Over the past year, eighteen potential
clients have been forced to relocate to another area as there isn’t enough space to practice in the
fitness centre
The issue stems from the lack of accommodation at Bounce fitness Cairns. The free weights station
needs to remain completely separate from the cardiovascular area due to the different needs of the
customers who use these. The cardiovascular area is already nearing capacity, but a project is due to
commence early next year to expand the branch, allowing it to accommodate double the number of
clients
The free weights area urgently needs expansion to accommodate for the market demand. A set of
architectural drawings are in the process of being created, bounce fitness cairns is currently seeking
the funds from guvernment at all levels, along with hosting several community support projects. We
is estimating a need of $3,500,000 to fund the expancion
In this light, we are asking for your assistance in raising these funds.
Yours sincerely,
CEO
Bounce Fitness
Question 4
Fix the spelling and grammatical errors in the letter, above, and put it onto the Bounce Fitness
Letterhead template. Upload it to Canvas as a word document.
Question 5
How would you confirm that your letter is approved by relevant personnel?
Answer:

reading of the letter. In addition, it is important to ask for feedback in order to improve future drafts.
