When I made this change the average wait time decreased as well as the total number of rejected processes, the total number of arrived processes increased between the two tests.

The most significant difference between the RR and FCFS is that the wait time is very different, even though they had the same number of jobs queued. The number of rejected jobs in the RR simulation was much lower.
