Why were there so many things that segregated them from whites and why was it such a big deal? Why did so many people make such a big deal out of segregated areas, such as schools? Seems like it was only in parts of South Africa, so why would that be? Why was this not extended throughout all of South Africa, and only in parts of South Africa?
