Source #1: Secondary Elements Annotation Full Citation https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/terrorism Summary They talk about what is a terrorist and the two types that we see in United States, also give stats on where we stand right now numbers wise with terrorist attacks on the country. The FBI wants us to make sure that we know these things so when they put it on site we should educate ourselves. Evaluation This site is the “blueprint” on what my paper will be about. It gives two types of attacks and what they look like. They also make sure that they give the current statistic on the topics. Knowing this information can be helpful to everyone and with this site we should be able to read and see what we can do as a community so nothing like that can happen where we live. Bias No bias is shown, just facts and numbers. The FBI wants to show us where we stand with all this and wants us to know that it is still happening in the United States so we need to be aware. Relevance I will use this site in my paper because you have the information on the screen about the types of attack and they even tell us the last time that we had one. The biggest attack in my era would be the 9/11 attack and they briefly talk about it in the article.

The Government wants us to see the numbers and where they are noticing more and more attacks happening. They speak a lot on domestic terrorism and how it's on the rise, they happen all over the United States but mainly in the more populated cities. Evaluation This was a good article because I did not know much about domestic terroisim and how it is on the rise. The numbers that the government put out there is really eye opening especially because I live in a more populated city I want to make sure that we can all remain safe in case anything happens/ Bias I do not think there is a bias really shown. They are just giving the facts and making sure that we know what is happening around us and what we need to look for. The government has these websites so that we can all read and be educated on the important things. Relevance This site will help me with my paper because it is talking about the different type of terrorist attacks and what we need to be on the look out for when we are in the public eye. It also speaks on domestic terrorist and where we can see a lot of that so knowing this maybe we can be more aware in case anything should ever happen. Evaluation Harvey has a lot of valid points and I can see where he is coming from and wants to change the mind of the readers. He wants us to see that this all could

have been avoided if we just saw some of the signs. Bias The only bias that I can get from this is he wants us to see his side of the story and wants to make sure that we know that he seen some of the signs that maybe we just all missed. Relevance The source shows us what we did not get taught in school about the event that went down. For a lot of us this event was the biggest thing that will happen in our lifetime. Now the kids who are learning about this in school are getting a story from people who were there and Harvey the author was letting us in on some of his warning signs.
