While my hypothesis was meat and eggs category, it came in close second. | was on the right track, but | believe this does make more sense because vegetarians seem to always be at a healthy weight and they do not eat meat. Maybe this is the link to the dairy category having the upper hand in maintaining a healthier BMI.
