NSC-150 Application Activity Worksheet for the week of October 4- October 8 Name Bethany Heater This assignment is to be completed as a new assignment each week. Please do not copy previous assignments. Please hand write your responses and be prepared to submit to your instructor weekly, as requested. Reflect and Look Ahead Successes/wins (something positive you did for your body): I was successful last week with my workouts, and I feel so much better now that I have a routine. Challenges & solutions: Challenges were when I wasn’t feeling energy, but the solutions were me remembering how I feel after I work out. Plan for upcoming week: (what I will focus on improving) I will focus of being productive and getting all. My work done before the weekend. Try something new: I want to try getting on a sleep schedule that gives me enough sleep for the week Nutrition Goal (at least one) Weekly SMART Goal Reasoning Barrier/Risk Coping strategy/Problem Solve Who can help you achieve this goal? I will eat a serving of vegetables at every meal. I want to get more nutrients in the day. I usually don’t have a big breakfast, or I don’t want to have the same thing every day. I can get creative and make scramble, sandwiches, or roast a few to have on the side.
