Andrew Thayyil 1. Of the twelve "most important traits" you selected in  Activity 3.1: Role of the Leader,  choose three that you feel are the most impactful. Explain why you think  each  of these three traits are the most impactful for leaders to demonstrate.  o My three most important traits are Nonjudgemental, decisive, and motivator. Leaders who are nonjudgmental create an inclusive and safe environment where individuals feel valued and respected. By being nonjudgemental, they encourage open communication, creativity, and collaboration within the team. Decision making is a critical aspect of leadership, and decisive leaders are able to make timely and effective decisions. This instills confidence and clarity among team members, enabling them to move forward with purpose and direction. Leaders who serve as motivators can inspire and empower their team members to achieve their full potential. 2.
