The identification of sign and symptoms need proper assessment. Considering
my organization procedure, I would use the screening tools. " Psycheck " it is one of the examples of screening tool to identify signs of mental health. This tool is in the public domain which can be used as a reference of AOD services. It is designed to be used by non-mental health specialist for the mental health
symptoms.

Own service provision is good for the person with dual diagnosis as it involves
the establishment of service. It is about finding the organization ability and capacity to provide the needed support. This involves own abilities, your working partners ability and the program you offer.
