ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR IN HEALTHCARE. 2 Organizational Behavior in Healthcare. How does employee motivation impact organizational behavior? Provide details. Employers strive to develop a company paradigm that includes personnel equipped to assist clients in various ways, including worker encouragement. Employees that put forth their utmost effort will have a favorable impact on organizational behavior ( Audra, B. 2008) . Employees that provide less than their best creates voids in the organization's performance. A managerial team that encourages people to improve comprehensive business efficiency might benefit a company. What do you believe has the biggest impact on employee motivation? Why? Employee motivation is mainly influenced by salary. Monthly payment is seen as a fundamental necessity that an employer anticipated being met, particularly in permanent staff ( Audra, B. 2008) . Payment, on the other hand, is only a short-term solution. Salary is not a component that enhances productivity in the long run, and a promise of a raise often has only a brief influence. Has the pandemic impacted how we motivate employees? Why or why not. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), nearly half of workers and managers in medium and small-sized firms worldwide observed a decrease in enthusiasm after 2020, according to World Health Organization (WHO) (World Health Organization, 2013). Simultaneously, the pandemic provided an extra incentive for more than a fifth of participants to improve their work performance. How do groups and teams impact health care organizations? Provide examples. In a health organization, a team is described as two or more individuals collaborating interdependently for a collective aim, working towards quantifiable milestones, and benefiting from stable leadership that encourages honest dialogue and issue resolution. Scientists have discovered that incorporating services among several healthcare professionals is critical in better treating unwarranted individuals and personnel with narrow access to healthcare (Thomas, Eric J 2011). For example, when medical record officers and nurses in a health facility work well together, we can expect high-quality health services.

Working as part of a team in a healthcare setting has shaped me in a variety of ways. Creativity, honesty, discipline, humility, and curiosity are some of these characteristics. Working in a group has allowed me to be more innovative by mimicking new talents demonstrated by other teammates. I learned that transparency is the key while working in a team of health care professionals ( Thomas, Eric J 2011). Discipline is essential inside the team, as no group in any sector can typically work without proper etiquette and discipline among its members. Being humble is one of the elements we learned as group members, as it is necessary for the normal functioning of a group. How does organizational culture impact organizational structure in health care? Provide an example. In health care organizations, organizational structure refers to the shared methods of conceiving, experiencing, and acting. Health care organizations are best understood as a collection of subcultures that can either drive reform or sabotage excellent development efforts. Improved patient results, such as decreased fatality and duration of stay, improved quality of life, and lower pain levels, are thought to be linked to a healthy corporate or workplace culture. The structure used by L.L Bean Company, classified as Fortune 100 company, can be the best example of an organizational structure that can be adopted in a health facility.  What would an ideal organizational culture look like for a health care organization? An ideal organizational culture consists of the following behaviors; Integrated patterns of understanding, which include the ideals and ideas that are utilized to support and perpetuate the above-mentioned outward expressions and actions and the justifications in doing things differently. Deeper generic processes are the (primarily subconscious and unrecognized) basis of day-to-day behavior. Opinions about proper organizational duties and demarcations, assumptions regarding patients'

Consumer culture and accessibility in health have remained on the rise for a few years, but they will undoubtedly gain much more traction in 2020. Consumption costs are continuing to rise at an alarming rate. By need, customers have discovered that they must be more involved in ensuring that they receive the most worth for their health expenditures. A conspicuous example is when patients who do not have serious illnesses choose over-the-counter (OTC) medications from pharmacies rather than visiting a healthcare center. What do you predict will happen with these trends in the future? In my case, I addressed a current trend in healthcare, which is the market. In terms of market, this trend will have an impact on the future of healthcare. The majority of people have been seen seeking medical treatment when they are aware of their ailments. For example, instead of going to a public healthcare facility, someone with a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) will seek medical attention Over the Counter (OTC). Individuals who do not want to be identified by those they know are more likely to engage in this practice. As observed in this example, the market trend will be strongly altered in the near future.
