Introduction: The American pharmaceutical industry creates a wide range of brand-new medications each year that have significant medical advantages. Medical professionals used to apply their knowledge in the hospital sector during medical emergencies. One of the most fascinating things to observe and participate in has been the development of the healthcare and medical fields. The medical and healthcare sectors are growing beyond various verticals and breaking some previously established barriers. The medical app development companies deserve a great deal of credit for giving us access to the variety of healthcare resources and medical services that are available today. Consider a pharmacy app for ordering medications from the comfort of your own home. An online pharmacy app is a piece of software that allows for the quick search, selection, and ordering of medications, followed by safe and timely delivery, greatly increasing convenience and improving customer experience while saving time and effort. What makes the project chosen "technical"? Creating a pharmacy app will have web application and mobile application. The web application and mobile application is technical in itself, where technical resources are used to create it. The first step is creating a list of features such as prescription upload, clinical medical information, payment method, quick search and refill options. The other step is developing the app by writing codes and testing this codes in incremental manner until final product is achieved. Until a deliverable is released for further testing or use, there is often little to no client interaction required. Data collected usually provide feedback therefore the project chosen was technical.

Identify at least three major challenges that make it unique compared to a non-technical project . There are many different challenges a pharmacy app can face compared to a non technical projects. 1. Accelerated Technology Innovation: As we can observe, technology is changing at a faster pace than imagined. This is going to be the biggest challenge because as the technology changes the app needs to be updated as per the user requirements and technology. This can be time consuming as well as huge budget investments therefore staying up to date with technology can be difficult. As the technology changes, the team needs to be trained on the new technology which can be time consuming and as well as new talent needs to be brought in to maintain up with the technology. Businesses must stay on the cutting edge of technological innovation if they want to maintain their competitive edge; otherwise, they risk being "digitally left in the dust" by rival businesses. 2. Complexity of the processes: The complexity of Pharmacy and Healthcare is very different as it involves lots of medical terminologies as well as big safety responsibility for the public. As a result, you will never be able to create a basic app and launch it without extensive planning. Talent required for this complexity will be budget costly as training will be required. Integrating with healthcare professionals and software engineers to come up with an app can be a complex process, has chances of poor communication and understanding.

3. Increased Security Threat Cyberattacks are becoming more common, and as more companies go digital, they inevitably gather more data. This makes them more appealing to cybercriminals looking to steal data or hold data for ransom. In addition to these dangers, the development of quantum computing could make obsolete current security systems. Prime number factorization is accelerated by quantum computing, making cryptography attacks much more effective. Investing in cybersecurity solutions that address the threat posed by quantum computing, whether through risk management strategies or employing quantum computing to lessen the risk, is a requirement for any organization that holds sensitive digital data. Briefly describe what management challenges you might expect here compared to a non- technical project. 1. Team Location Consider a simple non-technical project such as constructing a building. Similar to technical projects, supervisors and managers lead the team to construct the building. The supervisors will want to complete the project within a certain time period, so for that to be successful the team has to be present at the construction site at one location. On contrast, technical projects do not have a fixed location. The team can be working remotely to complete the projects. For example, different people could be working in different locations such as Germany, Singapore, US etc and to manage this can be challenging in terms of getting all the team members together at one-time zone and having a clear communication. Secondly, software tools will be required for the remote team to communicate as well as use to develop the app which can increase the budget of the project.

2. Flexibility Managers are better able to consistently allocate resources and workloads when there is flexibility. To plan the project schedule, they can distribute all the workload peaks and troughs. The goal is to arrange the schedule so that no two tasks cross over. However, managers occasionally find themselves in charge of multiple IT projects at once. Frequently, this is done on purpose rather than for convenience. On the one hand, a company can expand more quickly the more projects it can manage. On the other hand, excessive speed can result in chaos therefore this flexibility can affect 100% percent attention to the projects. Non-IT projects, on the other hand, such as constructing a pharmaceutical industry, necessitate undivided attention and expertise. These cannot be done in addition to other tasks. 3. IT Project Maintenance An IT project can still be at risk even after it has been completed, especially if it involves long- term development. Technical issues represent that risk. Managers may experience unanticipated issues in the areas of software integration, compliance, data security, large-scale system implementation, and information privacy. This can be difficult to manage if the risk mitigation is not planned well while on the other hand with non-technical projects, if a pharmaceutical industry requires a repair, then that is a completely different process.
