The user can navigate forward and backwards through the matching terms in the document. Pages are dynamically loaded in order to display the next matching search result. Share - Displays a new dialog containing a link to the original URL of the document with a button to copy the URL. This option is not available for email attachments.

Print - selecting 'Print' opens the Print dialogue, showing a preview of the printed document, with the ability to scroll through all the pages of the document. In setting a direction, Williams (2021) describes the first step of setting up a successful strategy as to diagnose the challenges that exist within the strategy. The next step is to process the development through guidance. This guidance can then lead to actions that will carry out the strategy. The focus of Williams is on the issues that exist. Identification of these issues is the most important start but must always be followed by action. In the strategic thinking portion of the post, Williams focuses on the example provided by Rumelt which presents advantages as knowledge, specifically by the 7-Eleven convenience

stores. Also, the ability to be able to respond quickly to this information provided an advantage to the 7-Eleven convenience stores as well. The decision models presented are the John Whitmore model and the consequence model. An appropriate representation is made in the initial introduction of what strategies are. There are multiple perspectives presented that carry weight in the conversation of how strategy is formed. The theory behind how strategies are created and represented is accurate. That the step- by-step process does lead to a conclusion and that is via action. If a strategy is created but never acted upon then the entirety of the strategy is useless. Strategy tends to be conversed about how to go about an action, but the part of the strategy that is often forgotten or to a degree paid attention to less is the implementation, execution, and review phases (Motamedi, 2020). Thinking is not the only aspect used in strategy; the counterbalance is an action- oriented focus. Rumelt uses an example of a client by the name of Logan that was a visionary to the core. The issue he found was that while vision is a valiant part of a strategy, firms and especially visionaries can fall short with action (Rumelt, 2011).
