Respect, accountability, honesty, and discipline is my four core values. Respect is needed in a workplace because everyone opinion should be valued and heard. Respect comes a long way when you want a positive criticism in my book. Accountability because everyone should be able to own up to any mistakes made and helping to figure out a way to fix and said mistake. Honesty is greatly appreciated when it comes to being truthful in mistakes being made. I rather a person tells me their honest opinion about something in a workplace setting. I also chose discipline as a core value because when it has come to decision making in any settings sometimes you got to be confident in your decision. Discipline helps anybody with self-esteem and confidence. B.
Respect and honesty as a core value does align with Alliah because they want to make sure the stakeholders are being done right by all employee’s. But also this goes for employee’s
as well they need to feel that they are needed for more then ideas that they make up a big part of the company as well. I say accountability also align with Alliah because everyone should act on what was done properly and what could have been done different no finger pointing work as team and rise as one. When it comes to diversity in a group, Alliah will be able to look at things in an different perspective, as all individuals with different backgrounds and eduction can be seen in different ways. This will help Alliah in the long run, as it will broaden openness and respect when dealing with stakeholders and employees of different background. Respect and honesty are other ways the company can benefit in a diverse environment. The stakeholders will be able to get a better understanding and meaning when it comes to communication 2. When you have a diverse group of individuals that belong to various parts of the world, they will not all speak the English language. In the event of having a meeting with all stakeholders understanding the language barrier for everyone is key to communication. The communication barrier could also easily translate with interpreters that would be able to help me to communicate and answer any questions to the best of my ability confidently. 3. A small meeting and education on diversity and the core values of the company so everyone knows, and respect is given when anything is presented to the stakeholder by anyone.
