WORK REQUIRED Write a One-page summary and a critical evaluation of the articles and how it they relate to the topic. Describe how technology is required for that topic and the legal considerations. I.e. as a human resource student and or potential HR professional; did you find each of the articles useful? What is the implication of this issue/trend to the business and its employees, would you recommend the article to other HR professionals; why and why not? Remember in critical evaluation a YES and NO answer to these questions is really not an answer; you must provide an explanation. 5. EXPECTATIONS The review for each article must be headed with a reference to the title; author, publisher and date of publication (see a sample provided). 6. Some examples might include: performance management, management by objective, social networks & blogging in the workplace; wellness programs, monitoring the use of the internet and privacy; labour relations in today’s economic environment; bullying in the workplace; workplace violence; employee engagement, employee benefits; pay for performance; impact of global operations to HR; issues surrounding the successful re-integration of expatriates or integration into the new environment; the Multigenerational workforce; Integrating Global Culture etc. Housekeeping issues section: 1. The cover page should include student identification information 2. Your total submission should NOT exceed a maximum of 4 pages, word processed, 1.5 spacing. 3. For each article, please separate the article summary and critical evaluation by a paragraph 4. Any form of plagiarized work will earn a ZERO 5. Late submission will earn you a zero in this assignment. 6. If you wish to use the internet to search for materials, be careful and make sure that you use recognized resources and not commercial site (.coms) and that is why you want to make sure that the articles you use are published and from recognized sources
