What was your process to prepare your speech?
My process to prepare the speech involved first understanding the topic, which in this case is the immigration process in the United States. Then, I outlined the main points I wanted to cover in the speech, such as different immigration categories, procedures, requirements, and challenges. Next, I organized these points into an introduction, body, and conclusion structure to ensure coherence and flow. After that, I drafted the speech, making sure to provide informative and engaging content while maintaining a clear and logical progression of ideas.

What challenges did you have when preparing your speech? How did you overcome them?
Challenges I encountered when preparing the speech included ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness of the information provided, as well as finding the right balance between depth and brevity. To overcome these challenges, I conducted thorough research
using reliable sources to ensure the accuracy of the information presented. I also focused on prioritizing the most relevant and important aspects of the immigration process to keep the speech concise and manageable.

Recording the speech presented challenges related to maintaining a clear and confident delivery while adhering to the time constraints. To overcome these challenges, I practiced
reading the speech aloud several times to improve my pacing, pronunciation, and intonation. Additionally, I made sure to stay focused and composed during the recording process to minimize any potential mistakes or disruptions.
