Dear Team,
As we all know, we recently merged with a different company in our line of business. The company has an existing Kamelon product that will be incorporated into the current product offerings. We intend to launch it in the coming weeks. However, the product is characterized by certain advantages and disadvantages. One of the advantages of the product is that it has a high success rate. 90% of the customers that use the product provide a positive review. In addition, Kamelon has a well-established customer base. There is a high number of customers who prefer the product due to its positive results. There are, however, certain disadvantages to Kamelon. One of the disadvantages is that several dissatisfied customers exist. The unhappy customers make it challenging to target other customers adequately. The customers are most likely to result in the negative reception of the product in the market. The second disadvantage is that the current products must be more adequate to meet customers' demands. Concerning the disadvantages, we must implement working strategies as a team. The first strategy is using positive testimonials to create credibility with current and potential customers. The social media management team will implement this strategy. The second strategy is ensuring an adequate supply of Kamelon to meet the high demand. Our company’s manufacturing capacity and the partnership with Synesthor will increase the supply of our new product to the customers. We are confident that we will successfully launch the product to our customers with our capacity. Thank you for your hard work and commitment, and we are convinced that we will make Kamelon a successful product in the market.

Stakeholder communication is vital in handling the potential biases that arise with the launching and adoption of Kamelon. Managing the potential biases can be done by the adoption of culturally competent strategies. One of the strategies is training employees on cultural competence. The training process is effective by adopting a training program focusing on cultural diversity and raising awareness about handling customers from different cultures (Chaipunyathat & Bhumpenpein, 2022). The focus must be on creating an internal culture that values inclusion and promotes cross-cultural collaborations. The outcome of the strategy is improved productivity of employee-customer interaction for an increased sale of company products. The second strategy is ensuring that communication about the company's products is available in different languages. Communicating in different languages makes it possible to reach a broader audience and address some of the existing stakeholder challenges (Aakhus & Bzdak, 2015). G.
Some of the common intercultural differences are stereotyping and ethnocentrism. Companies must handle these differences to ensure the productivity of production and marketing
efforts. One of the strategies to handle the differences is the creation of diverse teams.
