COM 405 Implementation Plan Template Use this template to guide the structure of your implementation plan for your personal brand. Information in brackets [ ] should be used to guide your response and replaced with your own content. Remember to use supporting evidence and cite any references in APA format. You will use this template for both the Project One milestone and the Project One submission. Key Components Complete this section for your Project One milestone. Self-Reflection : My interest are sports, music, videos games, languages, travels, crimes show, and reading. My values are self-love, respect, love in general, honesty loyalty, creativity, understanding, and empathy. My life's purpose is to lead a healthy lifestyle and improve myself on all fronts, which aligns with my hobbies, values, and strengths. My self-worth and the people in my surroundings inspire me to inspire others. I'm grateful that people turn to me for guidance and support, which has made me a family- oriented person who is curious, logical, and focused. My goals are to get my bachelor degree this year in Business communication, get a job that pays well, and have my own apartment. Codes of Conduct : I will incorporate the code of conduct into my personal brand by being true, knowing the laws and respect them. I will also be disciplined, and remember where I come from which will help me stay away from trouble. I will show consideration for the values and beliefs of other while acknowledging the contributions of others. I will use everything in my power to use these ethics without disclosing anything that is not intended for public consumption. I will not be afraid to ask for help if I am stuck, and try again if I fail. Consistency, hard work, and remembering where I am going will be keys here. Target Audience: My target audience are men, women, and young adults between the age of 18- 40 that are trying to stay or be healthy, and improve their lives. Those that are already working on their physical well- being, and need a push to keep doing what they are already doing are also a great target audience as they already know the outcomes, and will certainly be a source of inspiration to others. This will certainly open more doors for my brand, and attract more people. Influencers to work with who share the same goals as me or people that are just looking for a change will also be a great target. Visual Design Considerations : I will definitely start by defining who I am as a brand. It will list all of my characteristics, values, interests, and qualities. I will make sure to be authentic. As for the color, I will focus on learning the about the psychological impact of different brand colors. I will probably use Orange as it is imaginative, daring, and connected to economy of cost. I can also go for Green and Brown as they convey a down-to-earth and honest appeal, and are both trustworthy and reliable colors . Personal Brand Statement : Prioritizing self-care can only positively impact your mental, emotional, and overall well-being.   Helping those who want to work out, achieve particular goals within a time frame, and develop self - confidence will be the main focus of my personal brand . As for my typography, I will be something simple but focused that will
enlighten my brand. My logo will definitely be something that represent me but that also says it all about my brand . Entrepreneurial Considerations Complete this section as part of your Project One submission. Marketing Strategies: One of my marketing techniques for attracting customers is social media marketing. Social media is huge these days, and since my personal brand is centered around working out, social media comes first. In particular, my target audience will be younger and pretty much uses social media apps like Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter which are the apps that I will also use since I can submit videos to these platforms with ease and track the number of viewers and followers I have. Networking is the second marketing strategy I will employ. Networking can help me enhance my skill set, and stay current with trends. This will be helpful for me to apply across my personal brand as time goes on to keep people interested in it. Communication Channels: Facebook and guest posting are the communication channels that will work best for my brand and my target audience. Facebook is a very dynamic site, and since practically everyone uses it, it might help my brand grow, which is exactly what my personal brand needs to succeed. I'll be able to share my finest work with new viewers as well as those that fall outside of my predetermined target audience. A further channel that can help my brand is guest posting because it will be crucial to spread the word about my brand not just via myself but also through the help of others. Project Planning: Establishing a project scope from the outset is essential to developing the overall project development framework. This will assist with defining the project's structure, which will help us stay on schedule for any development and every phase of the project. Determining your resources and what is accessible for you to use would be another important step. Finding the resources we need will keep the project moving forward and enable us to complete various phases without overcommitting to the outcome. A timeline should be created after the scope and the resources available have been determined . Financial Considerations: First things first, open distinct accounts. Funds can easily be mixed in the absence of distinct accounts. This might be harmful to a company, particularly one that is just getting started and does not have a sizable safety net for unforeseen expenses just yet. Secondly, hiring a financial and tax adviser is crucial since that individual has what it takes to make the business succeed. Also, setting a monthly budget will help keep track of my revenue in one place and manage my spending habits. Last, create an emergency fund which will allow the business to keep operating if any unanticipated setbacks come about. Action Items Complete this section as part of your Project One submission. Brand Objective : The brand objective for BeastMode (brand's name) is to prioritize self-care, working towards a workout goal, developing self – confidence, and becoming the best versions of yourself at all levels. BeastMode has to establish a project scope and timeframe in order to
deliver. The project will involve, among other things, the sale of proteins, grand opening sales, the creation of social media pages that are consistently updated across platforms, and relationships with fitness-oriented influencers. These will all be listed below as BeastMode’s action items for 30, 60, and 90 days. They can all be finished at various project phases. Thirty-Day Action Items Budget and Timeline : This will enable the brand to develop a budget that adheres to the project's timeline, enabling us to stay on schedule with each action item and informing us of the resources we have available. Sales of proteins : these will be the healthiest proteins, meeting all of BeastMode's objectives for its intended audience and its personnel. Social media’s pages: The About Me, Code of Conduct, Services, Account Settings, Order History, Cart, and Contact Me tabs will all contain information. In addition, a feedback form, pictures from a day at BeastMode , and testimonies will be included . Sixty-Day Action Items Social Media Page Consistency : We'll use Facebook to post stories at least five times a day in addition to posting at least twice a day on our timeline. As a result, customers won't feel overloaded and brand consistency will be created. Additionally, it will provide us more time to build a consistent social media following by advertising on other platforms like TikTok and Instagram to raise awareness about this brand. Influencer Collaborations : BeastMode is currently gaining popularity and is successfully promoted on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This makes room for influencer collaborations with Rose (@Rosenjoku_), Miguou (@_miguou_), and a number of other people. Having such strong gym influencers with large fan bases will propel the business to new heights. Ninety-Day Action Items Grand opening sale: In order to prepare for our inaugural sale, which is a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer, the brand will have produced 3000 proteins. This sale will entice customers to participate because they can get two products for the price of one, which can also assist customers in determining which product is most appropriate for their needs . Budget Review : To make sure that all resources, production expenses, and other financial demands can be satisfied and that we can offer the public the finest services and goods, we will review and adjust the budget at the end of each quarter.
