A huddle provides the team a set period each day to spend together. They are
short periodic debriefings aimed to get healthcare staff to discuss fresh or an arising issue.

On a given day if there is any situational crisis, it allows to quickly find a resolution considering the crucial details involved in a health care setting.

Additionally, it allows to schedule and complete the given tasks, arrange and effective communication within the team and make the team members alert regarding the targets, tasks and goals of the day.

Bringing team member together once a day at least helps in creating a system communication within the team and at the same time raise awareness

2. Describe a challenge you could encounter in a team huddle regarding this situation. (1) ·
In the absence of person, the qualities and the skills which my colleague had will be at a loss. So the main challenge in this situation would be to overcome his duties in an efficient way. Distributing his work to other team members, without making them over burden with their already pending duties. Irrespective of the situation to try and accomplish the task in the given period of time.

Additionally, there will be pending work for a on duration if the teammates are not able to cope up with the deadlines. Pending work for a longer duration

The formation of the huddle from beginning has resulted in increased situational awareness and the promotion of accomplishment of task

Push notifications are messages which are displayed on the smartphone at a specific time when the sender wants to send them. They are customised according to the sender even at the time of sending them. Their benefits are described below

It has been observed that there are multiple challenges faced by in such a situation . Some of them are mentioned below.

It's seen that sometimes push notifications could be distracting and to a certain degree an unexpecting event causing an anxiety to the receiver.

It will cater to small audience specially only to those who have the app. For e.g. patients and family members not having the app will not be able to receive the notifications and alerts which may be important for them.

Another barrier will be related to senior citizens. As these population are not very well versed with emerging technology they may or may not be able to receive the necessary update meant for them.

Additionally, It may be difficult for the sender to understand who has been updated at the right time as due to network or connectivity glitches the message may not be received at the right time as expected, hence leading to a communication barrier between the recipient and sender .
6. How would you prepare for a successful social media post in this situation? (1)
• for preparing a successful social media post there are certain points to be considered:

The purpose of the message will be addressed. It will be taken care of to understand the motive behind the message, the audience to whom the message is being catered and is it solving the purpose effectively through this medium.

The focus will be to make it actionable and pro active

Make it creative and attractive. Appropriate fonts and text size will be used

Choose appropriate language. Make sure to readable to the recipient and understandable in first skim.

The notification should be uninterrupted and on a timely basis.

Firstly, seeking attention of the employees : As it’s not an individual goal or target for their own personal benefit employees may not seek attention to the alerts received.

In this situation, it will be taken care of that the announcement is made at a such a time in working hours where everyone can read it and rather not ignore.
