The individuals will learn more from this report about the impact of social media on the mental health of adolescents of the age group of 13-
19 years.
STATEMENT:-
Social media's strong impact on adolescents has caused worries about mental health issues like cyberbullying, body image concerns, and anxiety. This emphasizes the importance of using it responsibly and raising awareness.

Provide information about impacts of social media on mental health of adolescents.

2.2 PROBLEMS AND OBSTACLES :-
There are problems like privacy issues, social media always changing,
it's hard to prove a direct link, and we need more time to see how it adds up over the long term.
3.0 SOLUTIONS :-
We can help with social media's impact on adolescent’s mental health by encouraging positive interactions, improving communication between parents and adolescents and providing mental health resources that address the specific challenges of social
media.
4.0 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION :-
In conclusion, it is observed that social media can affect adolescents' mental health. We can take action by using social media responsibly, being aware, educating ourselves, and creating a positive online space to protect the well-being of adolescents in today's digital world.
Encouraging Parental involvement and community to support in protecting mental health of adolescents.
