Reducing electricity usage
The adoption of practices and habits to lower energy use were covered. Following discussion, it was decided that a policy should be created to turn off any unused equipment. Additionally, the feasibility of installing automatic on/off systems in areas with low traffic, such as bathrooms, stairwells, and corridors, as well as switching office lamps for more cost-
effective models, was assessed.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the attendees got group feedback that addressed both general aspects of the team's behavior and particular components of the ideas that were given. Each person also received personalized comments via email. Those that underperformed were given more specific comments in a one-on-one discussion that followed the group session.

Each team member was given a thorough explanation of the requirements in order to help them meet them. Additionally, open and constant communication
was essential to help with this. Finally, a channel of communication was open before and after the meetings, allowing team members to express their opinions and ask questions.
