Dear [Employee],
We would like to inform you of some new adjustments to our employee benefits policy.
We decided to switch to an alternative plan that more effectively serves the necessities of our
employees as well as those of the business following ten years with our current benefits provider.
The new benefits supplier will more effectively meet our employee and the company needs. The
newly introduced program will be effective following calendar year from January 1st and shall
be enacted in this year’s open registration period.
This shift tackles many of our workers' worries about the cost, co-pays, coverage, and
choices provided by our existing benefits supplier. We acknowledge the legitimacy of these
worries and have been collaborating with the benefits team to come up with a solution that will
allow us to stay competitive while assisting your long-term employee involvement and retention
strategy. The benefits staff has invested a significant amount of time studying and
communicating with vendors to ensure that we pick the best program. Based on employee input,
the new program was selected, and it will be a major improvement over our present package.
