You are all invited to a meeting next Thursday where the comm. The plan for the change
management project will be discussed, and specific roles and responsibilities for each employee
and person will be allocated. There are numerous benefits of organisational change, such as having
competitive advantages, reducing costs, attracting customers, having a high brand image, ease of
operations, having high sales, allowing to achieve organisational objectives and more. You all
must review the plan attached and come up with your review and suggestions which can occur
(Chillakuri, 2020).
The finance manager and assistant, the HR manager and executive, the marketing manager and
assistant and three customer service executives are invited to the meeting.
