Worlducation is a social start-up that manufactures tablet
computers for primary school students. They not only focus
on the hardware, but they also have a competitive team
creating software, content and activities to better engage
and educate the students. What makes Worlducation
completely different from their competition is that they
envision a world in which every child learns how to read and
write - a world without illiteracy. Given this vision, for every
classroom that buys their products, they donate and train a
classroom somewhere around the world that can’t afford the
same technology.
Business analyst. A Business Analyst is a person who helps

Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an
enterprise by defining needs and recommending solutions
that deliver value to stakeholders.
Business Analysis can be
understood as a research discipline that helps you to find the
business needs and identify solutions to business problems.
These solutions may include the development of a software
or system component, improvements in process,
organisational changes or strategic planning and policy
development. The purpose of business analysis is to identify
solutions that meet the need for improvement.
Financial analysis is used to evaluate economic trends, set
financial policy, build long-term plans for business activity,
and identify projects or companies for investment. This is
done through the synthesis of financial numbers and data. A
financial analyst will thoroughly examine a company's
financial statements—the income statement, balance sheet,
and cash flow statement. Financial analysis can be
conducted in both corporate finance and investment finance
settings.

Internal and external communication policy and procedures.
External communication policy and procedures are meant to
give your employees guidance for handling information,
either outgoing or incoming, that pertains to the
organisation.
Because internal communication policy is
made for your employees and for the benefit of your
business processes, it should be easily accessible. It’s also
important that everyone is notified of the policy as well as
subsequent updates.

Subject: Clarification of communication
objectives Dear Farrah,
Good morning. I write you this email to ask request
your help in clarifying the communication objectives
that I have identified for the work activities. The
communication
objectives are:
Organising Resources. There are different
resources
such as financial resources, human resources,
material resources, etc. are integral parts of an organisation, and communication serves an essential role in organising all these resources.
Offering better Coordination. It is again one of
the
most crucial objectives of communication
when it
comes to the effective and efficient
management of an organisation.
Looking forward to your
reply. Best regard,
Feye.

Internal communication requirements:
Show Respect Through Your Conversation. Being respectful of the people you communicate with is an
important criterion for effective communication. Don’t Forget About Non-Verbal Communication. The
words we use to communicate make up less than 10
percent of the message that we convey.
External communication requirements
Be visual. Representing the information that you want to display in front of your audience in a visual form
helps them to remember it for a long time.
