Dear, Mr. Mall Manager, My name is Jesus Arroyo, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding available parking spots inside the mall. I have been a heavier user of your settings during the past two weeks, and I've encountered several misleading information to find parking spots available. First, I realized the dashboard at the entrance is being broken for the past week and a half which it makes me lose time trying to find parking. What happens is that I drive around when I see green lights, however, there is no such green spot available. Meaning I have to go back and find a spot nearby. This is causing me trouble because my kids have piano lessons, and we had to re- schedule or being late. Second, during President week, there will be more available parking during peak hours due to a alliance with the grocery store close by according to your webpage. But, the grocery store did not receive the same information which result getting me a fine for parking there without permission.
