As a working mom of three (3), wife, and college student, I heavily rely on data in various ways. For example, in managing my family's schedule, I analyze patterns in our daily routines to optimize time management. This includes tracking the time for school runs, packing lunches, identifying the most efficient routes, and scheduling appointments or extracurricular activities in a way that minimizes conflicts and maximizes our family time. As a paralegal, I regularly utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and emailing clients. I use Microsoft Word when preparing pleadings, letters, etc. This all involves meticulous research and organization of information to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in legal strategies and I heavily rely on the internet for research.

As a substitute teacher, I use data to tailor my teaching methods. Teachers provide me with Google slides and classroom materials like lesson plans. As an online college student, I rely on GCU's library for peer review articles/journals. Class resources such as the class reading material, websites, and YouTube are also used for research. PowerPoint and Canva also help me with assignments. Additionally, as a wife and a family member, I often use data in household management, such as budgeting and planning family activities or grocery shopping. I use apps for food recipes quite a bit! Spreadsheets are constantly used for expenses and income, which helps make informed decisions about our finances, ensuring a balanced approach to savings and expenditures. My reliance on data is a constant in my daily life, aiding me in making informed, efficient, and effective decisions in both my personal and professional roles.
