2 Abstract The Spa Health Bar is a spa geared towards anyone in need of having a relaxing time and is located in Weeping Water Nebraska. The business knows how life can be when we have those hectic days that drain us from all the energy we have. Sometimes it is hard for us to eat correctly and stay on track and we all can use some help every now and then. The philosophy is based on our mental and physical health. Our goal is to have a peaceful and calming atmosphere for whoever walks through our doors. We want to be able to allow guests to develop that trusting and peaceful mindset and have the experience of a lifetime. Being a member of our health spa will allow growth for you and your mind, body, and soul. There will be a ton of experiences that are firsthand learned. Potential Customers The customers we are seeking are anyone in need of a break and a relaxing day. Ages will range from 18 and above with no gap after 18. Average incomes maybe anyone who can afford it. we are not expensive and try to keep everyone's budgets in mind. All potential customers live within a radius of ten miles from our business. Right now, we have no other business like ours and that’s a great thing for the company. Nature of Services offered We will be offering spa and health services to get you where you need to be. The business will be 24 hours every day except holidays. We are the only business like this in the area and therefore we will have a lot of gain with customers.
3 Marketing philosophies In order to be successful, we must offer our customers services that. Will meet or exceed their needs. This is the reason we will be open 24 hours a day. People need this type of service, and it is something like no other. Having this approach will allow us to be a company that is successful and known by a lot of people. Our vision is to offer our services at prices that everyone can afford. We are not going to be dirt cheap because if we do it will take away from what have to offer. We are not looking to sacrifice in any area. The success will be there due to there being no other services or businesses like ours in the area. There is no competition. We will remain at the top by keeping an eye out for competitors and our 24-hour operations will keep us at the top from anyone else that comes into the area. We will not let the business become a one-hit-wonder. Obtaining that will come from attracting new customers and doing everything we can to keep them coming back for more. We want them to feel as if they are home. There will be surveys for customers to take part in. Cultural Aspects We will be there for any cultures that come in our doors. We are a very open-minded business with great ethics. We will have interpreters there for anyone who needs them and is looking to service all ethnicities. We also will be fully equipped to handle anyone who may have a disability.
