DISCUSSION 2 Which type of job would you rather do, Outbound, Inbound, or a Combination, and why? Between outbound and inbound phone sales calls, I would rather do outbound phone sales call job. Outbound phone sales call job is better than inbound because it improves customer loyalty. The customer's loyalty strengthens when a company decides to call (Jolo@perti.ca, 2022). The outsourced agencies by organizations meant to make calls to customers are capable of understanding the customers and serving them effectively. In addition, the customer enjoys being reached by the company for valuable feedback or other offers. Also through outbound phone sales, customers can gain insights. Through customers gaining insights a company can develop its products and services. In return, this increases the growth of the organization. Do you think you would be better at phone sales or in person? What makes you think that? It would be better if I prospect as a person rather than phone sales in my organization. In- person sales are more advantageous since it makes prospects and customers more informed. Face-to-face sale helps one to have one on one conversation with the customers hence being in the position of giving them feedback on any concern about the organization's product (Flis, 2020). To be an effective sales one should ensure he/she has the full information on the products and services of the organization and can share it with potential customers at ease. Also while working in-person sales one is capable of eliminating technical difficulties and miscommunication between you and the customer. What are the advantages of utilizing phone sales, and what are the disadvantages? One of the benefits of phone sales is that it enhances real-time information and updates for the organization. Through the phone sales strategy, the salesperson is in a position to update the result of a meeting after meeting with a customer (Golchha, 2022). It is more flexible hence
DISCUSSION 3 the salesperson can upload any information right from the field. On the contrary, phone sales may result in employee workflow disruption. When an employee is working, he or she may receive a phone call from a customer hence leaving work to attend to the customer on call.
