One of my primary responsibilities is to analyze businesses and devise strategies to help them meet their sales objectives. Our first client, NHBP, has been a small sole proprietor since 2005. NHBP currently operates one brick-and-mortar location offering a range of products and services including office supplies, office equipment, printing services, and technology courses. While they have been successful thus far, NHBP is eager to expand both their sales and geographical reach. After initial discussions and a thorough review of NHBP's operations, the company has ambitious yet achievable goals. Currently, their total sales stand at $638,000 annually, distributed across various categories as follows: Office Supplies $150,000 Office equipment $300,000 Technology classes $138,000 Printing $50,000 NHBP aims to increase sales by 20% per year in each category over the next five years. To accomplish this, they believe that venturing into online sales is the most viable option for expansion. However, they are uncertain about the implementation process, including the development of a website, online marketing strategies, and the planning of fulfilling online orders
