The program and your commitment is fantastic, however in order to ensure that you have enough recovery to play at your peak performance I would recommend making the following adjustments to your program: -I recommend replacing the 10km run on Saturday with a rest day or light active recovery day. Running the 10 kms the day before can lead to fatigue on game day. -If the 10km run is necessary to improve your cardio, I recommend substituting it with a gym session on a Tuesday or a Thursday if you do not have time to run in the PM. -I recommend you reduce your %RM from 90-100%RM to 65-75%RM in weeks 2 and 3 of your training program. In relation to the F.I.T.T principle all power and strength training is to be completed during the pre-season during the building phase.
