resistencia al cambio? Justifique su respuesta. (Valor 10 puntos)
R/ Sí, porque es la introducción de una sepa nueva de un virus que vino a imponer miedo en la
humanidad, donde hubo muchas especulaciones de donde salió el virus (Sopa de murciélago
inicialmente), pero al pasar el tiempo fueron dando más información que fue sacado de un
laboratorio.
Cabe destacar que por ser un choque de potencia mundiales se crea esa guerra silenciosa todo
por obtener el poder central en áreas tecnológicas, científicas, económicas y comerciales.

La negociación de una convención colectiva de trabajo, es un ejemplo de manipulación o
negociación? Justifique su respuesta. (Valor 10 puntos)
R/ Es una negociación, esto para tener todas las partes alineadas al mismo objetivo de la
empresa, además todas las partes estará representadas y podrán contar con poder y voto en
todas las decisiones de la negociación.

La motivación del equipo de trabajo es fundamental en las Organizaciones, pero hay situaciones
que un Administrador no puede aceptar de un colaborador. Señale al menos tres ejemplos (Valor

En cuanto a las teorías de Elton Mayo y de Douglas McGregor, diría Usted que se contrapone
una a otra, son complementarias o hablan de la misma situación en las Organizaciones.

La teoría de Elton Mayo se enfoca en la importancia de las relaciones humanas en el trabajo,
mientras que la teoría de Douglas McGregor se enfoca en la forma en que los gerentes perciben y
tratan a sus empleados. Aunque se enfocan en diferentes aspectos del comportamiento humano en
el trabajo, no son mutuamente excluyentes y pueden ser complementarias en la gestión efectiva de
las organizaciones.
La teoría de Mayo enfatiza la importancia de la comunicación efectiva, la colaboración y la
construcción de relaciones de confianza y respeto en el lugar de trabajo, mientras que la teoría de
McGregor propone dos modelos opuestos de gestión basados en la forma en que los gerentes ven a
sus empleados. En general, estas teorías ofrecen perspectivas útiles sobre diferentes aspectos del
comportamiento humano en el trabajo y pueden ser útiles para la gestión efectiva de las

Nos ayuda a prevenir la explotación económica de los consumidores y con esto, nos garantiza
condiciones justas y equitativas en el acceso al crédito.

Señale cuáles son los obstáculos que enfrentan los emprendedores cuando inician su

what she thought was the flu.
Her signs and symptoms included sore throat, enlarged and tender lymph nodes in
