In my perspective, NAEYC is a crucial organization for the advancement of early childhood
education. Tome, Naeyc is the cornerstone of early childhood education; via it, we study child
development, work with families, and engage with our communities. To help us as educators
understand the industry we work in better, NAEYC supplies online learning. By taking part in this
program, we can join the organization and acquire the knowledge and abilities we need to
support our academic journey. They offer options for NAEYC members to gain free professional
development as well as discounts for educators. The administrators (directors or principals),
faculty, students (higher education), teachers, and trainers are the target audience for this
advocacy campaign. We will learn about infant/toddler, kindergarten, and preschool years.
Early
childhood educators are introduced to essential ideas from NAEYC position statements, books,
journals, and other resources through NAEYC's online professional development. The goal of
this program is to let busy educators continue to learn while still working. Everything may be
done at your own pace and is incredibly customizable. Additionally, it gives educators more
chances to network with others in their industry. Teachers might find better jobs and letters of
recommendation with the NAEYC online course. Long-term, this arrangement will be helpful to
you as a teacher. These classes will also educate you on what you need to know, as well as who
the program leaders are in your state and how to contact them. Each website link will direct you
to a page with a course description and associated costs.
As previously indicated, join the NAEYC
for free developmental courses if you need discounts. The choice to join this organization is
entirely up to you; they also supply in-person learning classes. A mission statement really
resonates with me. "In order to fulfill our mission of giving young children the best learning
opportunities possible, we are not offering in-person learning events at this time to ensure the

safety of our employees and everyone we work with."
(“In-Person Trainings | NAEYC”)
it is ideal if
you complete it online. Joining this organization is excellent because you give your pupils the
best education possible by taking additional courses to better understand them.

The Associates of American Educators is a different professional association that aids educators.
One of the many helpful resources offered by the group is the National Character Education
Center (NCEC). Classroom development activities for grades K–12 This software offers several
chances for educational initiatives in the social-emotional learning field, which is crucial when
instructing young children. Encouraging self-talk, learning about the pupils' hobbies, asking
them questions in the morning, and playing games. You can learn about bullying, violence, and
suicide prevention through a program called Rachel's Challenge.
Children struggle with these
challenges both in and out of the classroom, making this program extremely helpful. As
educators, it is crucial that we have a better grasp of these issues to prevent undesirable results.
Joining our group can help you better support your students and their families. This program is
inexpensive in the state of California. I appreciated the mission statement of this program.
Children’s hearts being changed by starting a wave of kindness is a big focus of Rachel's
Challenge programs! Now available online is a Graduate Professional Development course given
by Gene Bedley through NCEC and Rachel's Challenge

The last organization I'd want to talk about is Access Speech. This group helps young people
with disabilities. Working in early childhood education entails interacting with kids from diverse
socioeconomic backgrounds, including those with disabilities. This group was picked because it
highlights how crucial it is to fight for the rights of children with disabilities. To "empower
individuals with communication disabilities to achieve their full potential in school, at home,
and in the community," according to the program's mission statement. That mission statement
is great because it emphasizes that we are empowering these kids as people rather than pitying
them for their limitations.
This organization trains teachers in the use of play skills, social
communication, and back-and-forth exchanges to support students with language difficulties.
This program gives us a lot of chances to help us as teachers cope with kids who have learning
challenges, treat them fairly, and have the skills we need to teach them. With the help of this
curriculum, you will learn how to speak to your kids in a way that they will understand. Among
the services provided are speech and language therapy, support for autistic communication,
educational advocacy, and professional workshops. You will receive all the resources you require
from this program to support children with impairments. Additionally, you can donate to this
organization, which is a great one for educators to join.
