Explanation of Solution
At dynamic equilibrium, at an equal and constant rate reactants and products are converted to each other. It is not necessary that both the reactants and products have equal amounts because equilibrium is not the state of equal concentrations; it is the state of equal and opposite rates.
For example:
When the rate of vehicles coming and departing both cities is the equal, and the net number of vehicles in each city is stable over time, the whole process is said to be in a dynamic equilibrium.
