Introduction:

The gene therapy is a therapeutic technique used to treat a genetic disorder. The normal gene which is designed in the laboratories is transferred to the cells of the patient. The normal gene will be transcribed producing normal products. This way the normal phenotype will be produced and the disorder will be treated.
