Introduction:

Gene therapy is a therapeutic technique of transferring normal genes into the patients suffering from genetic disorders. The normal genes which are tailor-made in laboratories, after being transferred are then transcribed producing normal products. This way the correct phenotype is produced and the disease is corrected.
