An infectious disease is usually cause by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis is called as tuberculosis (TB). This disease usually affects the lungs and other parts of the human body. It spreads via the air when an individual who is having an active tuberculosis in lungs split, speak, cough and sneeze. This pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis affects one third of the population in the world and kills approximately 2 million people each year.
