Introduction:
The success of an organization is fully dependent on its employees. A well efficient team of employees working together towards achieving the targets set by the management would result in a great success. Differences in attitudes between employees or a ill-mannered employee would lead to chaos and confusion at the workplace and naturally will lead to the downfall of the company. The manager must use personality traits before selecting employee to his department. Personality traits are the distinct characteristics or qualities that are inbuilt in a person.
