Introduction:
Employee's first culture was first introduced by Mr. Vineet Nayar, Vice Chairman and CEO of HCL Technologies. He states that a radical change is required in today's companies where the management should become accountable to employees and vice-versa. HCL technologies successfully adopted this practice and left behind the traditional principles of management.
