Concept used: First total amount of water is converted in gram only using following conversion formula:

Also, use unitary method, to calculate the total salt in one gram of ocean water so that 525 isdivided by 15000 gram.

Calculation:Using above conversionformula: $15kg=15000$ gram

Now as 15000 gram water holds $=525$ gram of salt

So 1 gram water holds $=\frac{525}{15000}=0.035$ gram of salt

Conclusion: It is concluded that in one gram of ocean water, 0.035 gram of salt is present.
