Subtracting 10x on both sides

Simplify

  2y≤14−10x

Dividing both sides by 2.

  2y2≤142−10x2

Simplify

  y≤−5x+7

The slope of the line y=−5x+7 is −5 and the y −intercept is 7.

Plot y-intercept (0,7) first.

Plot one more point using RiseRun=−5 1.

Another coordinate will be (0+1,7−5)=(1,2).
