Subtracting 8x on both sides

Simplify

  y≤−8x+6

The slope of the line y≤−8x+6 is −8 and the y −intercept is 6.

Plot y-intercept (0,6) first.

Plot one more point using RiseRun=−8 1.

Another coordinate will be (0+1,6−8)=(1,−2).

For ≤ inequality sign draw a solid line by joining the points (0,6) and (1,−2) and shade down the line.
