The way in which a non competitive inhibitor at a single allosteric site affect a whole pathway of enzymatic reactions.

Introduction:

In a metabolic pathway, the non-competitive inhibitor affects the enzymes on the allosteric site and the competitive enzyme binds to the active site of enzyme and brings some changes in the shape of enzyme.
