Introduction:
Toy companies all over the world is said to be having a lesser number of women in top managerial positions. It has also been identified as a key reason for the failure of many girls’ toys presented by such companies. The majority of male managers in toy companies have taken initiatives to present girl’s toys as mere simplifications of boy’s toys in colors such as pink. However, one could clearly see that these companies cannot be following the same strategy which is by far obsolete. It is high time they took necessary initiatives to include more women in such positions.
