Introduction:

The growth of the microbes in the microbial culture depends on various limiting factors. The limitations can be identified in the batch culture by limiting or altering the level of different constituents in the batch culture, or by varying the temperature. Thus, the exponential growth of microbes always occurs in favorable conditions.
