Introduction:

 A pregnant woman is referred to as a primigravida when she is pregnant for the first time, and a woman who has subsequent pregnancies are termed as multigravida or as multiparous. When a woman become pregnant the symptoms that might include missed menstrual period, mood changes, headaches, lower back pain, fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness, and heartburn.

Explanation of Solution

When a woman become pregnant the symptoms that might include missed menstrual period, mood changes, headaches, lower back pain, fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness, and heartburn. When a woman eats and drinks healthy food during pregnancy is her baby's main source of nourishment. So, experts usually recommend that a pregnant woman’s diet should include a variety of healthy foods and beverages to provide the important nutrients that a healthy baby needs for growth and development. Women should take at least one medicine during pregnancy. Some pregnant women take medicines for health problems, like diabetes, morning sickness or high blood pressure that can either start or get worse.

In the gestational stage, the conception starts occurs. The date of the first day of the last period will be an important date when determining the baby’s due date.

Right after conception, the fertilized egg (now called a blastocyte) continuously divides as it passes slowly through the fallopian tube to the uterus and then its next job is to attach to the endometrium. This is called implantation.

Within three weeks, the blastocyte cells start form a little ball that is an embryo and by this time, the baby’s first nerve cells have formed.

The baby will be called an embryo from conception until the eighth week of development and right after the eighth week, the baby will be called a fetus until it’s born.
