This is to draw your attention towards the raising concern of consumers that people will take advantage of them. People think that businesses take advantage of them in the form of costly products but as a businessperson, it is very important to clarify that this is not the truth.
Any business can prosper only because of consumers. If the consumers are not satisfied with the service or product is given by a businessperson, the consumers can report about it in different forums. This can cause serious allegations on business and can damage the future of business. Consumers also have different rights or responsibilities which they can use in case they are not satisfied with a product or service. Hence, any businessman who wants to prosper the business will not be in favor of taking advantage of consumers in any form.
