The African violets and other flowering plants are propagated using leaf cuttings commercially. The types of cell in the original leaf that give rise to the new structures. The property of the cells that makes this method possible need to be discussed here.
Introduction:
Vegetative propagation is a process by which a new plant is produced through vegetative plant parts. Plants have meristematic cells that are capable of differentiating into plant parts if cultured in a growth medium.
