Interpretation:

The acetylcholine concentration in the synaptic vesicle needs to be calculated.

Concept Introduction :

The shape of a vesicle is like the shape of a cylinder thus its volume can be calculated as follows:

  $\text{V=}\frac{\text{4}}{\text{3}}{\text{πr}}^{\text{3}}$

Here, r is radius of the base of the cylinder.

The concentration is calculated as number of moles present in 1 L of the solution.

It is mathematically represented as follows:

  $C=\frac{n}{V}$

From the given number of atoms, the number of moles can be calculated by dividing it with Avogadro’s number which is number of atoms in 1 mol of the substance.
