Summary Introduction
Staphylococcus species can be treated with antibiotics. But, some strains of staph have become unaffected by antibiotics, once the organism is destroyed by it. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus cause mild infections such as sores or boils on the skin. It also causes severe skin diseases or infect a surgical wound, urinary tract infections, and lung infection.
